Our Story
Everybody has a story. Ours started in Philadelphia. And, it turns out, you can move a Philadelphian to Southern California, but you can't erase a love of cheesesteaks, strong opinions about what makes a good one, and a heart big enough to make room for everyone at the table.
That’s where Philly Phix really begins.
Philadelphia may be where our roots are. Southern California is where we’ve made our home. And while we’re pretty happy with the sunshine, we wanted to bring a little more Philly to the neighborhood.
Specifically, the kind you need two hands—and a few extra napkins—to enjoy.
